Albunuelas
Albunuelas is a village in the Lecrin Valley, Southern Spain. The local airport, Granada which is served by Ryanair and Monarch from the UK, and by other airlines for internal flights is around a 45 minute drive away, and Solobrena at the coast, with it's castle and fantastic fish restaurants 45 minutes in the other direction!

Albunuelas has 5 bars, 2 supermarkets, 2 bakers, a tobacconist, 'nic-nak' shop, 2 churches, and other facilities besides!
There is a bus service which serves the village, linking it to the other villages in the valley, and also to Granada, see http://www.continental-auto.es/ for details.
A resident of the village is happy to take you on guided walks, for a contribution to the fiesta fund, and horse riding can also be undertaken from the main square!
